Email Deliverability Specialist

Job Summary

Acting as a trusted deliverability advisor, the full-time Email Deliverability Specialist will diagnose sending issues, advise on best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance email deliverability for customers in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Handle complex deliverability cases and lead customer calls to ensure full resolution
• Audit sender setups, monitor reputation, and diagnose issues using authentication and provider tools
• Equip Customer Success Managers and Technical Support with knowledge through coaching and documentation

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in email deliverability at a mid-size or large ESP, B2B SaaS company, or marketing automation platform
• Deep understanding of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI) and infrastructure (SMTP, MTAs, DNS)
• Proficiency with provider data feeds and third-party deliverability monitoring tools
• Working knowledge of email compliance and acceptable use standards
• Experience building or improving processes, documentation, or training for support or deliverability teams
