Job Summary

Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time remote Email Marketing Operations Assistant will manage the execution of email marketing campaigns across multiple brands, ensuring accurate loading, scheduling, and delivery of content.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and schedule multiple email campaigns per week on various platforms, ensuring timely delivery
• Thoroughly QA emails for accuracy in formatting, links, and audience targeting before scheduling
• Maintain campaign calendars and trackers, proactively addressing any inconsistencies or missing information

Required Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail with a track record of catching mistakes in digital content
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and schedules effectively
• Proactive communication skills to address blockers and ensure timely execution of tasks
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly; prior experience with email marketing platforms is a plus
• Reliability in meeting deadlines and executing tasks independently after training
