Email Marketing Developer

Job Summary

To support a growing marketing team, the full-time Email Marketing Developer will build, maintain, and manage email marketing campaigns and landing page assets, ensuring high deliverability and engagement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and test interactive, mobile-friendly emails and landing pages, ensuring quality assurance across devices and email clients
• Lead deliverability and performance optimization efforts, including spam testing and monitoring trends to enhance email performance
• Analyze engagement metrics and generate reports to inform A/B testing strategies and improve overall email effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience creating HTML emails and developing mobile-responsive content
• Advanced understanding of web development tools and technologies such as CSS and HTML authoring tools
• Experience with dynamic content development and extensive testing for rendering and accessibility compliance
• Knowledge of email compliance regulations and audience segmentation best practices
