Email Marketing Specialist
Job Summary
To support a high-performing skincare brand, the fully remote Email Marketing Specialist will manage and execute email campaigns, build lifecycle flows in Klaviyo, and optimize segmentation to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
Key responsibilities
- Write and build campaign emails, promotions, and direct response content for the entire email list and specific segments
- Create and manage lifecycle and retention flows in Klaviyo, including onboarding and winback strategies
- Conduct weekly testing of email offers and report on program results to ensure achievement of quarterly KPIs
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in direct response email copywriting, with a focus on email as a primary revenue driver
- Hands-on experience building emails in Klaviyo is essential
- Availability to work 6 days a week for 10 hours each day
- Commitment to reading 2 books per month for continuous learning
