Email Production Manager
Job Summary
Leading the Email Production team, the full-time Manager of Email Production will execute data-driven email marketing initiatives, overseeing the end-to-end production of email content and lifecycle programs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the technical subject-matter expert for Cordial, managing automation, segmentation, and dynamic content
- Independently architect and execute complex multi-step lifecycle journeys across Email, SMS, and Push
- Oversee email production and quality assurance, ensuring accuracy and deliverability across campaigns
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a web producer, digital producer, or web content specialist
- 1+ year of experience leading a team of digital producers
- Expert-level experience with Cordial, including automation and dynamic content
- Strong hands-on skills in HTML/CSS and Smarty for advanced personalization
- Proven experience in building triggered and multi-step lifecycle programs across Email, SMS, and Push
