Job Summary
To support the Digital Production Team, the full-time remote Email Production Specialist will coordinate and execute email campaigns for public media organizations, manage production timelines, and ensure effective email marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the production and implementation of the MSB station e-solicitations program
- Align the Creative Team's deadlines with the email solicitation calendar and confirm asset delivery
- Monitor email delivery success metrics and manage email send scheduling within the Iterable platform
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including email and web
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects
- Comfort with learning new software platforms quickly
