Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end lifecycle of email and SMS campaigns, the full-time remote Email & SMS Marketing Specialist will manage campaign creation, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to drive engagement and optimize results.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the creation process for email and SMS campaigns, including template creation, audience selection, and deployment
- Build and maintain the monthly email and SMS calendar, aligning promotions to drive engagement
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to optimize campaign performance and design A/B tests for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years of hands-on email marketing experience
- Proven experience using generative AI tools within email/SMS platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable recommendations
