Job Summary
Experienced Embedded Software Engineers will find a full-time opportunity focused on designing, developing, and optimizing embedded firmware systems for AR, VR, and wearable devices, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex challenges in connectivity protocols such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement software components across all system layers, including kernel and I/O systems
- Develop efficient drivers and services for constrained environments, ensuring low-latency and high-bandwidth data delivery
- Debug complex, multi-component system issues and profile performance problems to drive optimizations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field
- 7+ years of software development experience in industry settings or a PhD with 4+ years of experience
- 3+ years of embedded software development experience in industry settings
- Experience with large-scale C/C++ code bases
- Proven ability to define and drive technical work streams and provide leadership for software engineering teams
