Seeking an experienced Embodied Carbon Group Director, this full-time position will manage a team and optimize delivery workflows while providing technical advisement and business development support in a hybrid work environment across North America.

Required qualifications
- 6-12 years of experience in the sustainability industry, with a focus on the built environment and embodied carbon
- Bachelor's degree in structural engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field
- Prior experience in a leadership role within a consulting environment, managing teams and client engagements
- Advanced knowledge of commercial development lifecycles and decarbonization practices
- Strong professional network within the sustainability and real estate industry, with involvement in relevant organizations preferred
