EMEA Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

To support payroll operations across multiple countries in the EMEA region, the full-time EMEA Payroll Specialist will manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensure compliance with local regulations, and collaborate with HR teams, all while working remotely on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Key responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end payroll processing for assigned EMEA countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments
• Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll regulations, tax laws, and social security requirements
• Collaborate with regional HR teams to collect and validate payroll inputs and handle payroll-related enquiries

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience as an EMEA Payroll Specialist or similar role, with a focus on processing payroll across multiple countries
• In-depth knowledge of EMEA payroll legislation, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
• Strong understanding of statutory deductions, tax rates, and social security requirements in EMEA countries
• Certification or professional qualification in payroll (e.g., CIPP) is advantageous
• Proficient in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting
