EMEA Regional Security Manager

Job Summary

Experienced security professionals will find a full-time salaried opportunity as the EMEA Regional Security Manager, responsible for overseeing the physical security program at Discord's Lisbon and Amsterdam offices, managing day-to-day operations, and supporting security operations throughout the region while working onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Manage safety and security for Discord's Lisbon and Amsterdam office locations, including remote employee safety across EMEA
• Serve as the in-office security representative, conducting investigations, training, and securing internal events
• Lead incident response coordination and monitor security systems to ensure maximum uptime and effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of physical security experience, particularly in corporate office security and technology integration
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Extensive project management experience, including vendor relationship management
• Experience with access control and video management systems
• Fluency in English and another major European language
