Bringing expertise in emergency medicine, the full-time or part-time Emergency Medicine Physician will create clinical cases, evaluate AI model responses, and establish standards for emergency clinical decision-making in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Create clinical tasks and evaluation rubrics focused on emergency decision-making and patient safety
• Synthesize fragmented records and assess clinical reasoning and documentation quality
• Review and calibrate contributors' work to maintain consistent quality standards

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience, with recent practice within the last three years
• An active physician license and board certification in emergency medicine
• A relevant healthcare degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
• Ability to follow standardized rubrics and work through review cycles
