Emergency Medicine Recruiter
Job Summary
To support the growth of the Emergency Medicine specialty, the full-time remote Clinical Recruiter will source and screen physician candidates, build relationships with regional leadership, and provide consultative services throughout the recruitment process.
Key responsibilities
- Source and engage physician candidates through various mediums, including cold calling and referrals
- Thoroughly screen candidates for alignment with Sound's core values and oversee the referencing process
- Coordinate on-site interview logistics and effectively close candidates during contract negotiations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in physician recruiting or equivalent healthcare experience, including 1+ years in Emergency Medicine recruiting
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management
- Demonstrated track record of filling searches and closing deals
- Ability to travel up to 15% as needed
