Emergency Response Associate

Job Summary

To support the needs of elderly and medically-at-risk individuals, the part-time Emergency Response Associate will answer incoming calls, triage assistance requests, and ensure high-quality customer service while maintaining accurate data in the system.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls by identifying the type of help required and coordinating timely assistance according to established protocols
• Ensure professional and caring interactions with customers, resulting in high levels of service
• Update Subscriber data accurately in the data management system and troubleshoot service issues as needed

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Experience in a call center or customer service environment
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Windows
• Demonstrated compassion and empathy for the elderly and medically at-risk individuals
