Emergency Roadside Responder

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service from a remote location, the full-time Emergency Roadside Telephone Responder will handle high-volume incoming calls from AAA Members in need of roadside assistance, utilizing internal knowledge bases and online mapping tools to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer high volume incoming calls, providing accurate information and assistance to AAA Members
• Input Member details and assess situations requiring special handling, prioritizing service as needed
• Utilize online mapping tools to determine breakdown locations and communicate estimated service times

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Stable, high-speed internet connection via Ethernet cable
• Successful completion of a three-week virtual training class
• Familiarity with maps and map reading preferred
