Job Summary
To support a dynamic Emergency Services Unit, the full-time Emergency Services Manager will lead day-to-day operations, manage key customer engagements, and develop strategic initiatives while working remotely with occasional commuting to Herndon, VA.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop Emergency Services Unit teams across multiple sites in a 24/7 environment
- Facilitate the development of short- and long-term strategies for ESU initiatives, focusing on enhancing protection and operational effectiveness
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement and internal security partners to identify and mitigate risks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, International Security, Business Management, or related fields
- 10+ years of experience in security, law enforcement, or intelligence roles
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Strong knowledge of legal contracts and terminology
