Job Summary
To support the trauma program, the part-time Emergency Services Trauma Contractor will provide essential trauma care services, ensuring effective response and management of trauma incidents, either from Anchorage or remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver trauma care services and support emergency response efforts
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement trauma protocols
- Participate in training and educational initiatives related to trauma care
Required qualifications
- Relevant experience in emergency services or trauma care
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Strong understanding of trauma protocols and emergency response systems
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed for trauma incidents
- Degree in a related field such as nursing, emergency medicine, or public health
