Employability Coach

Job Summary

To support learners in securing employment, the full-time Employability Coach will conduct personalized coaching sessions, facilitate group workshops, and collaborate with employer partners, all while working remotely on a fixed-term basis for six months.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one coaching and group sessions to guide learners in job application processes and career planning
• Utilize online platforms to track learner progress and provide feedback on applications and interview materials
• Collaborate with the Employer Engagement Manager to manage placement activities and ensure effective communication with learners

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in career coaching, employment counseling, or related fields
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills for diverse audiences
• Up-to-date knowledge of employability essentials, including CV and interview skills
• Experience utilizing data to inform decisions and familiarity with technology, including AI tools
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while maintaining collaboration with team members
