Supporting clients through inbound calls regarding employee benefit enrollment, the full-time Employee Benefits Advocate will work remotely to provide accurate information, document inquiries, and ensure compliance while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Key responsibilities
- Answer a wide range of inbound calls professionally and positively
- Document call details and respond thoroughly to caller inquiries
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions while taking accountability for the entire process
Required qualifications
- Prior experience in benefit administration, insurance brokerage, or insurance provider roles
- Experience in adjacent employee benefits industries
- Service center and/or customer service experience
