Employee Benefits Advocate

Job Summary

Supporting clients through inbound calls regarding employee benefit enrollment, the full-time Employee Benefits Advocate will work remotely to provide accurate information, ensure compliance, and document call details while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Key responsibilities

• Answer a wide range of inbound calls and respond to caller inquiries in a professional manner
• Document call details accurately and ensure timely completion of all transactions
• Collaborate with team members to creatively solve problems and maintain compliance

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in benefit administration, insurance brokerage, or insurance provider roles
• Experience in adjacent employee benefits industries is acceptable
• Service center and/or customer service experience is required
• Strong customer-centric mindset and comfort with technology
• Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
