Job Summary
Supporting clients through employee benefit enrollment calls, the full-time Employee Benefits Advocate will manage inbound inquiries and ensure compliance while working remotely during designated shifts from 10 AM to 7 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Answer a wide range of inbound calls professionally and positively, addressing caller inquiries thoroughly
- Document call details accurately and ensure timely completion of all transactions
- Collaborate with team members to creatively solve problems and maintain compliance in all processes
Required qualifications
- Prior experience in benefit administration, insurance brokerage, or insurance provider roles
- Experience in adjacent employee benefits industries is also acceptable
- Background in service center and/or customer service environments
