Required qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of law firm experience in employee benefits and executive compensation
- Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures related to employee benefits
- Proficiency in drafting employment agreements and incentive arrangements
- Knowledge of IRS and Department of Labor correction program filings
- Understanding of Code Section 409A compliance and ESOP transactions
