Employee Benefits Financial Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Financial Analyst, the full-time remote position will manage analytical workflows, prepare financial dashboards, and support financial analyses for employee benefits clients and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize analytical workflow to ensure accurate, timely deliverables
- Prepare and maintain financial dashboards for clients, analyzing claims and cost drivers
- Support core financial analyses and assist in developing financial models and alternative plan scenarios
Required qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, finance, or a related field
- College degree or CEBS designation preferred
- Life & Health insurance license preferred, but not required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
- Commitment to staying current on industry trends, regulations, and emerging products
