Job Summary
Bringing together employees through impactful storytelling, the full-time Employee Communications Specialist will lead the quarterly Global Brain Break program, manage logistics for key events, and create engaging content for the employee community in a flexible or remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and execute the quarterly Global Employee Brain Break program, managing strategy, logistics, and content creation
- Oversee the end-to-end strategy and execution for the employee giveaway program, collaborating with various teams
- Create content for key programs, including briefing documents, scripts, and communication campaigns
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in internal communications or employee engagement, with event management experience preferred
- Strong project management skills with the ability to independently manage large, complex workstreams
- Self-starter mentality with a resourceful approach to prioritizing workloads in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt writing for various audiences and formats
