Employee Experience Lead

Job Summary

To enhance the employee experience at Hex, the full-time Employee Experience Lead will redesign onboarding processes, manage company events, and oversee workplace engagement in a hybrid environment based in San Francisco.

Key responsibilities

• Redesign and host the onboarding experience to ensure new hires feel productive and connected by the end of their second week
• Plan and execute company-wide events, including the company kickoff and quarterly business reviews, ensuring they reflect Hex's unique culture
• Project manage the New York office buildout and lead office coordinators to enhance in-office engagement and create inviting physical spaces

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and implementing onboarding, internal communications, or workplace programs
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences
• Experience in project management, particularly in organizing events and managing logistics
• Ability to leverage AI and automation to streamline processes and focus on high-impact human interactions
• High agency and comfort with ambiguity, capable of setting direction and building without a predefined roadmap
