Employee Insights Specialist

Job Summary

To support the mission of the People Insights team, the remote Employee Listening & Insights Specialist will lead employee listening programs, analyze workforce data for insights, and develop actionable reports to enhance organizational strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise employee listening programs, including engagement and pulse surveys
• Analyze and interpret survey data to identify trends and inform talent strategies
• Develop reports and visualizations that clearly communicate findings to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in employee listening, people analytics, or organizational development
• Proficiency in survey methodology and experience with survey platforms like Qualtrics
• Experience building collaborative relationships with stakeholders at various organizational levels
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
