Employee Relations Advisor

Job Summary

Serving as a trusted advisor in employee relations, the full-time remote Team Member Relations Advisor will assist business groups in navigating performance consultations, complex workplace conflicts, and HR policy concerns while managing investigations and ensuring fair outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with business leaders and HRBPs on employee relations matters, including workplace conflict and performance issues
• Lead thorough investigations from intake to resolution, ensuring well-documented processes and findings
• Provide performance consultation to enhance leader capabilities and manage performance improvement plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Bilingualism in English and French is strongly preferred
• 5+ years of experience in employee relations, HR business partnership, or a comparable advisory role
• Demonstrated capability in conducting investigations and fact-finding
• Strong knowledge of performance management and workplace conflict resolution concepts
