Employee Relations Investigator

Job Summary

Joining the Employee Relations Investigations Community of Expertise, the full-time remote Employee Relations Investigator will resolve employee concerns, ensure compliance with employment practices, and foster productive relationships within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively resolve assigned employee concerns while ensuring compliance with government and internal standards
• Manage multiple ongoing cases independently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high-quality output
• Establish partnerships with various stakeholders throughout the investigations process to support employee engagement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with relevant experience in HR, Legal, or Compliance
• Experience in HR/Legal/Compliance roles supporting manufacturing and business operations
• Demonstrated written and verbal proficiency in English and Spanish
