Employee Relations Partner

Job Summary

To support a growing global team, the full-time Employee Relations Partner will lead performance processes, manage investigations and grievances, and develop frameworks to enhance employee relations in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead formal performance processes and manage investigations into misconduct allegations and grievances
• Partner with legal counsel to assess risk and manage disciplinary, dismissal, and exit matters
• Build playbooks and training resources to improve lead capabilities and streamline employee relations processes

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience leading employee relations cases in a fast-growing company
• Strong judgment and discretion in handling sensitive issues
• Solid knowledge of employment law principles and experience working with legal counsel
• Skilled in writing clear documentation and coaching leads through difficult conversations
• Experience supporting globally distributed teams or multi-jurisdiction environments is a strong plus
