Employee Training Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance employee capabilities in revenue cycle operations, the full-time Employee Training Specialist will develop and design training programs, conduct classes, and administer proficiency tests in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide education and training for revenue cycle operations applications throughout the healthcare organization
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions for new and current employees, ensuring proper revenue cycle processing
• Administer competency assessments and maintain educational tracking records for ongoing employee education

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in revenue cycle (patient financial services/patient access)
• Knowledge of hospital scheduling and patient access systems
• Ability to utilize training materials and adult learning principles
• Experience in Training/Organizational Development or employee training activities is preferred
