Employer Benefits Configuration Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the Employer Benefits Configuration Specialist will manage the installation of employer accounts, including benefit configuration, data validation, and compliance with departmental standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain product benefits within the Facets system while ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality measures
• Analyze, interpret, and validate benefit materials and supporting documentation, resolving any configuration or installation issues
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize workload and meet project timelines for successful installations and implementations

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, or benefits administration
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining accuracy
