- Develop recruiting strategies for employers while ensuring representation of various academic programs
- Coordinate employer programming and events, utilizing project management skills to align with institutional goals
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in employer relations, career services, recruitment/staffing, human resources, or higher education administration
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to new systems and technologies
- Willingness to work variations in schedule, including evening hours as needed
