Employer Solutions Process Manager
Job Summary
To support the go-to-market organization, the full-time remote Employer Solutions Process Manager will manage the discovery and improvement of complex business processes, translate business needs into scalable system requirements, and coordinate cross-functional technology initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the documentation and enhancement of end-to-end go-to-market processes, identifying pain points and opportunities for automation
- Design future-state business processes and translate objectives into system capabilities and solution requirements
- Serve as a systems integrator, collaborating with various teams to develop cohesive solutions and evaluate process impacts across the technology ecosystem
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business systems, solution architecture, or related fields
- Proven ability to analyze and redesign complex, cross-functional business processes
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms, system integrations, and workflow automation
- Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem and knowledge of CRM data models and integrations
- Demonstrated experience in leading complex technology implementations involving multiple teams
