EMR Application Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the implementation and optimization of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, the full-time EMR Application Analyst will troubleshoot application issues, monitor system performance, and provide end-user training in a remote work environment with occasional onsite requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Supports the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of EMR systems
- Troubleshoots application issues and collaborates with clinical and IT teams to resolve system problems
- Monitors system performance to ensure compliance, data integrity, and optimal functionality
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree from an accredited college/university plus 1 year of relevant work experience
- 1+ year of experience supporting Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
- Basic knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare IT environments
- Experience troubleshooting application or system issues
- Ability to provide end-user training and technical support
