Enablement Manager
Job Summary
As a full-time Enablement Manager, working remotely, the successful candidate will drive the development and execution of enablement programs for Red Hat field associates and partners, ensuring alignment with business strategies and revenue goals.
Key responsibilities
- Identify capability gaps and establish comprehensive enablement plans in collaboration with global and regional stakeholders
- Develop and implement training initiatives focused on co-sell and sell-with execution, including creating playbooks for unified team operations
- Design and evaluate modular curriculum frameworks and training materials to enhance sales execution and measure effectiveness through key performance indicators
Required qualifications
- Strong experience with proven instructional design methodologies
- Working knowledge of technology partners and channel distribution selling
- Experience managing programs and projects related to enablement
- Familiarity with learning management systems and revenue enablement platforms
- Excellent influence, facilitation, and collaboration skills
