Enablement Program Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the onboarding process for new revenue hires, the remote Enablement Program Specialist will design, launch, and manage continuous enablement programs to ensure customer-facing teams ramp quickly and maintain their skills over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously improve onboarding for new revenue hires from pre-boarding through ramp milestones
• Design, launch, and manage recurring enablement programs for skill development and process rollouts
• Partner with frontline managers and sales leadership to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted programs

Required Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in revenue/sales enablement with program and onboarding ownership experience
• Demonstrated ability to design and scale enablement programs in fast-paced environments
• Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Data-driven mindset comfortable using performance metrics to iterate on programs
• Experience using AI tools to enhance learning environments is a plus
