Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting product launches and operational changes, the full-time remote Enablement Specialist will execute launch readiness projects, update existing enablement content, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate information is delivered to Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute tasks within launch readiness projects, including documentation and eLearning course development
• Own updates to existing programs and products, ensuring documentation is current and organized
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and confirm the accuracy of enablement deliverables

Required qualifications

• Experience in a revenue-generating or B2B customer-facing role, such as sales or customer success
• Strong written communication skills to convey complex information clearly
• Ability to ask questions and follow through on tasks independently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with knowledge management systems and project tracking tools
