Enablement Technology Lead
Job Summary
Driving the formulation and execution of enablement tooling strategy, the full-time temporary Enablement Technology Lead will manage tooling initiatives and support training and change management for Supply Tech, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end enablement for major tooling rollouts, including training programs and field readiness plans
- Act as the primary enablement partner for Supply Tech, ensuring alignment between product, enablement, and field teams
- Assess and optimize the usage of existing enablement platforms, focusing on adoption and content accessibility
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Enablement, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Tooling Enablement roles
- Familiarity with enablement platforms such as Highspot, Gong, and LMS tools
- Proven project management skills and ability to operate in technical environments
- Experience in developing change management strategies and training programs
- Exposure to AI-powered enablement solutions is preferred
