Encompass Administrator
Job Summary
To support efficient loan origination processes, the full-time Encompass Administrator will manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Encompass Loan Origination System while working remotely and collaborating with various business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Encompass LOS platform, including business rules and workflow automation
- Build and implement new loan programs and pricing configurations within Encompass
- Partner with Operations, Sales, and Admin teams to translate business requirements into effective system configurations
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on Encompass LOS administration experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Encompass business rules, workflow configuration, and user administration
- Working knowledge of third-party integrations relevant to mortgage origination
- Understanding of mortgage origination processes and regulatory requirements
- ICE Mortgage Technology certifications (e.g., Encompass Administrator Certification) a plus
