Encounter Data Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the development of an Encounter Data Submission and Reconciliation program, the full-time remote Encounter Data Program Manager will manage the creation of program documentation, evaluate ROI of existing workflows, and oversee daily encounter data submission processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing programming documentation and standard operating procedures for encounter data submissions
• Evaluate and enhance the ROI of existing Alternate Submission Method (ASM) workstreams
• Oversee daily encounter data submission and reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Analytics, Operations, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience with Medicare Advantage or ACA encounter data processes
• 1+ years of knowledge in X-12 837 data
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Working knowledge of SQL for writing and running queries
