End User Computing Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced End User Computing Engineer, this full-time position will manage and enhance enterprise endpoint capabilities, delivering secure and user-focused computing services across device lifecycles at various Chemours US locations.
Key responsibilities
- Engineer and administer enterprise endpoint management services using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Microsoft Intune
- Design and support cloud-native endpoint strategies for various devices, including Windows, iOS, and Android
- Monitor platform health and compliance, troubleshoot complex endpoint issues, and provide technical leadership during escalations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in engineering or administering enterprise end user computing and endpoint management services
- Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Intune
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, and endpoint security
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration
