Endpoint Administrator
Job Summary
Supporting and maintaining enterprise systems, the full-time remote EndPoint Administrator will respond to system-related incidents, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement effective solutions to ensure optimal performance and security.
Key responsibilities
- Support and maintain enterprise systems, servers, applications, and related infrastructure
- Respond to hardware, software, and network incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution
- Package, test, and deploy enterprise applications and patches using MECM, Intune, and WSUS
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in systems administration required
- Experience administering Microsoft SCCM/MECM/InTune in an enterprise environment preferred
- Proficiency with Windows and/or Linux server administration
- Relevant certification in systems administration preferred, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or CompTIA Server+
