Job Summary
Designing, implementing, and managing modern endpoint solutions, the full-time Endpoint Engineer will enhance productivity and security for devices in a remote work environment, collaborating with IT and business teams to leverage advanced technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for the deployment, configuration, and management of endpoint devices
- Utilize endpoint management tools to automate device provisioning, software distribution, and updates
- Ensure compliance with security policies and standards while optimizing user experience across endpoints
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or 5+ years equivalent professional experience
- Extensive experience with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune and SCCM
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based solutions and modern endpoint management technologies
- Proficiency in security practices relevant to modern work environments
- Experience managing endpoints across various operating systems, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
