Endpoint Security Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of endpoint security engineers, the full-time Endpoint Security Engineering Manager will oversee operational leadership, delivery execution, and capability advancement of the organization's endpoint security technologies in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage engineering backlogs, operational readiness, and the effective execution of endpoint security processes
• Develop and implement multi-year capability roadmaps in collaboration with Capability Stewards
• Ensure reliable operation of endpoint security platforms while managing vendor relationships and performance metrics

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience in endpoint security engineering or operations
• Direct engineering experience with endpoint protection technologies such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint or CrowdStrike
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management
• Experience managing multiple concurrent security initiatives and risk-based decision-making
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for translating technical issues into business impacts
