Endpoint Services Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing endpoint strategy and engineering, the full-time Endpoint Services Supervisor will manage a specialized team to deliver secure and scalable services across various devices while collaborating with IT and business leaders in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the enterprise endpoint strategy and governance frameworks across multiple regions
• Lead platform architecture and lifecycle management for endpoint solutions, ensuring reliability and compliance
• Supervise endpoint engineers, setting goals and driving performance improvements through coaching and development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise endpoint engineering and management, including team leadership
• Relevant Microsoft Endpoint Management, Microsoft 365, or IT Service Management certification, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in automation and orchestration tools such as PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
