Job Summary
Overseeing endpoint strategy and lifecycle management, the full-time Endpoint Services Supervisor will lead a specialized engineering team to deliver secure and scalable services across various devices while collaborating with IT and business leaders to drive operational excellence in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement the enterprise endpoint strategy and governance frameworks across regions
- Lead platform architecture and oversee lifecycle management for various operating systems and applications
- Set objectives and metrics for service reliability, compliance, and performance improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise endpoint engineering and management, including team leadership
- Relevant Microsoft Endpoint Management or IT Service Management certification, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in endpoint engineering with Intune, Autopilot, and cloud-based solutions
- Fluent in English and Spanish
