Endpoint Systems Administrator
Job Summary
Owning day-to-day endpoint management and device security, the full-time Endpoint Systems Administrator will administer Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, provide Tier 2 support for endpoint issues, and ensure device compliance in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance, and security policies
- Manage Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning and device lifecycle management
- Provide Tier 2 troubleshooting support for endpoint and access issues while maintaining documentation
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in managing end-user endpoints in a cloud-first environment
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
- Working knowledge of Entra ID and modern authentication methods
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows, Microsoft 365, and common SaaS applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
