Job Summary
Supporting the IHS Electronic Health Record Health IT Modernization Program, the remote Endpoint & Device Systems Engineer will provide technical support for the engineering, configuration, integration, testing, and operational readiness of end-user devices and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, administer, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise endpoint and device technologies
- Develop and maintain standardized device configuration baselines and technical documentation
- Coordinate device connectivity requirements and troubleshoot related issues using logs and configuration data
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in systems administration or endpoint engineering
- Demonstrated experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise endpoints
- Experience supporting enterprise technology deployments and operational-readiness activities
- Experience developing technical documentation, SOPs, and test procedures
