Job Summary
Supporting residential energy-efficiency projects, the full-time Energy Advisor will provide guidance to homeowners and contractors via phone and email, assisting with program qualifications, rebate processing, and project completion in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support to property owners and contractors to facilitate project conversion and compliance
- Troubleshoot inquiries and guide customers on program requirements and rebate processing
- Accurately document customer interactions to meet tracking and reporting requirements
Required qualifications
- 0-1 years of relevant customer service or high-volume communication experience
- Comfortable navigating computer systems, including Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Genuine interest in energy efficiency and sustainability
- Detail-oriented with the ability to resolve rebate and calculation issues
