Job Summary
Supporting the New England Heat Pump Accelerator Program, the full-time remote Energy Analyst will conduct research, analyze data, and assist in project deliverables related to heat pump adoption and market transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis using quantitative and qualitative methods to derive insights for the Accelerator program
- Assist in the preparation of project deliverables, including case studies, reports, and educational content for external clients
- Collaborate with program teams to manage tasks, maintain documentation, and support program administration
Required qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience
- Experience with energy efficiency and/or building electrification programs or policies is preferred
- Strong research skills with the ability to synthesize information and compose findings
- Familiarity with data management practices and qualitative analysis techniques
- General understanding of regional energy and climate policies in New England or a willingness to learn
